To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
