1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
General Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned for hygienic, safety, or digital nature reasons:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software, digital products, or subscription services
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, wellness products)
- Items on final sale or clearance (must be clearly marked at purchase)
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive a credit within 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund for any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
